    It is built on a model that provides best practices, tools and templates to help Microsoft partners perform successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

    The implementation methodology includes a robust set of project management disciplines to ensure your project is completed successfully, on time and on budget.

  • Use our '5dCRM™ Quick Start' methodology
    Perfect for small projects with a fixed budget, 5dCRM™ Quick Start is Increase CRM's rapid-implementation version of the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology.

    It involves a fixed-price, fixed-time implementation of hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

    There are five one-day phases: diagnosis, analysis, design, development and deployment, with a deliverable at the end of each phase.

    By the end of the week, you'll be up and running with a group of well-trained, addicted users.

  • On demand assistance from Increase
    If you have in-house IT resources available but you would like some help from an experienced CRM expert, Increase offers 8-hour and 40-hour Service Packs which provide you with on-demand consulting services from one of our certified Microsoft CRM consultants.

    We'll provide you with one-on-one assistance to help you learn how to customise Microsoft CRM forms and views, build workflow rules, use advanced system administrator features such as Advanced Find or Report Builder, configure the offline client or migrate data.
