Established over 30 year ago, Business Post has an 8% market share and is the fourth largest operator in its sector. As part of its drive to improve the effectiveness of its marketing and sales operations, Increase helped Business Post implement a new CRM solution to streamline its customer processes.

Rackspace Managed Hosting was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in the US, with EMEA headquarters in London. Rackspace has over 9,000 managed hosting customers worldwide, equating to 1% of the Internet. In Europe, Rackspace has been doubling the business year on year and in 2005 grew by 84%, achieving the milestone of 2,000 customers across 57 countries. Rackspace selected Increase to help replace two client/server CRM systems with a single, global browser-based CRM solution that supported best practise processes and allowed the global marketing and sales teams to collaborate during the lead generation process for the first time.
SunGard, with annual revenue of £7 billion, is a global leader in software, processing and business continuity solutions for information-dependent enterprises. SunGard serves more than 25,000 customers in more than 50 countries, including the world's 50 largest financial services companies. Sherwood International, now SunGard iWORKS, selected Increase to help them deliver massive usability improvements to their CRM system when they were implemented a new global, web-based CRM solution for sales and marketing users.
