Our Story 

  • Increase CRM was founded in 2002 as an independent CRM consultancy.
    In 2006, we launched a hosted Microsoft CRM service and committed ourselves to becoming the UK's #1 hosted Microsoft CRM partner.

  • Time for ASPs again?
    We wondered how we could help our customers experience the magic of on-demand technology in their CRM projects. We had experience working with hosted CRM application service providers but in the late '90s the ASP technology and business models had proved a barrier to success.

    Some of our customers had tried some of the new 'breed' of on-demand CRM software providers, but had been put off by the poor levels of service they had received.

  • Finding the right partners
    We began working with Microsoft and quickly realised that the easy-to-use interface of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 meant that it was going to be a big hit with Microsoft Office users everywhere.

    After finding the right software we needed to craft the right service, so, working with our partners at Microsoft and Rackspace we developed a brand new hosted Microsoft CRM service that combines superior software, state-of-the-art infrastructure and an intensive customer service and support philosophy that we've called Beyond Demand™.

  • The future
    Today, Increase is a thriving hosted Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution provider.

    In less than 12 months we've become the UK's #1 hosted Microsoft CRM partner, culminating in Bill Gates demonstrating our hosted Microsoft CRM platform in January 2008.
